Configuring your email on an iPhone is a straightforward process if you follow the steps below. With this guide, you'll have your email account ready to use in minutes.
Step 1: Access Settings
On the main screen of your iPhone, locate and open the Settings app (represented by a gear icon).
Step 2: Access Passwords and Accounts
Within Settings, scroll down and select Passwords and Accounts (or simply "Accounts" in more recent versions of iOS).
Step 3: Add a New Account
- Tap Add account.
- Select Other (at the bottom of the list of providers such as iCloud, Google, etc.).
Step 4: Email Account Configuration

- Password: Your email password.

- Select IMAP for synchronized access or POP if you prefer to download emails to your device. We recommend choosing IMAP.
- Complete the server configuration fields:
Incoming mail server:
- Host name: mail.yourdomain.com
- User name: Your full email address.
- Password: Your password.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
- Host name: mail.yourdomain.com
- User name: Your full email address.
- Password: Your password.
- Tap Next.
Step 6: Verification and Completion
- The iPhone will automatically verify the details you entered.
- Once verified, the account will be configured and ready to use.
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone to access your email.
