How do I automatically include my signature in the email messages I send?

Automatic signatures always depend on the email application you're using — whether it's a local email client on your computer or a webmail system.

Due to the large number of email applications available it would be impossible to cover all options. You'll need to consult the documentation of the application you use to find out how to activate automatic signatures in that application.

At Bacan we offer two webmail systems. Here we detail how to activate automatic signatures in ROUNDCUBE.

ROUNDCUBE

  • Log in to your webmail (Roundcube)
  • Access Settings in the top right corner
  • Find the "Identities" section
  • Choose the email address and complete the automatic signature.
