HOURLY SENDING LIMIT.
There are limits on the number of messages a hosting account can send. Limits are set per domain and hour. These are reasonable limits designed to maintain service stability, preventing a single customer from abusing the resources of the server where they are hosted.
If the limits are exceeded, emails will not leave the server and will generate a sending error. If this situation occurs, it will take some time before the account can send email again. We therefore recommend waiting 1 hour before sending email again.
Limits by plan are:
- eMail: 200 / hour
- Advanced: 300 / hour
- Professional: 400 / hour
- Premium: 500 / hour
- Webmaster: 700 / hour
- Reseller: 300 / hour / Hosting Account
