To transfer your domain to Bacan, you need the domain's transfer code. This is also known as the EPP code. This code protects domains from unauthorized transfers — it's a very useful code, even if it sometimes complicates things for domain owners.
You must request the code from the company where you purchased the domain. If you don't know which company that is, open a support ticket and we'll help you find out.
That company is obliged to give you the code and unlock the domain so you can transfer it wherever you want.
Once you have the code, don't forget to send it to us so we can process any domain transfer you've requested.
