We don't charge anything for the transfer itself. But keep in mind there are two types of domains:
Type 1. Some domains can be transferred without renewal — for example .es domains. The transfer is done without needing to purchase anything, so it can be done at any time and with no financial outlay.
Type 2. Most domains must be renewed for 1 year in order to be transferred.
This means that to transfer a Type 2 domain, a renewal must be paid. So transferring your domain to Bacan.com will add 365 days to your domain's expiry date, and therefore there will be a renewal cost. The transfer itself remains free — you only pay for the domain renewal.
