This process is part of a security system that prevents anyone who requests a transfer of your domain to another provider from stealing it. For a domain to be transferred, the owner must accept it.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT A DOMAIN TRANSFER?
It's simple. You'll receive an email informing you that a transfer of your domain has been requested, and the email will state that if you agree, you should click a link.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THAT EMAIL TO ARRIVE?
Not long — the email requesting your approval should arrive within 24 hours. If it hasn't arrived, contact our domain technicians.
