How to change the owner of a domain or hosting service

I have sold my website and need it transferred to another person. Please help me change the owner's name.

To change the owner of services contracted at Bacan, follow these steps:

  1. Create a customer account with the new owner's details. You can create it here: https://bacan.com/clients/register.php
  2. Once the new owner's account is created, log in to your client area and open a ticket requesting the transfer.
  3. You must specify exactly which services you want transferred, indicating whether it is the domain, the hosting, or both, along with the specific domain name.

Once the ticket is created, changes will be made immediately. Please note that these changes are permanent. You will not be able to recover the services once they have been transferred to the new owner.
