If you are already a Bacan customer and we have previously issued invoices, your tax details have already been submitted to the Spanish tax authority. This means that details cannot be changed arbitrarily. We can update a postal address, phone number, or email address, but it is not possible to change the company or individual name, or tax identifiers such as NIC, RUC, or CIF.
Therefore, if you want an invoice issued under a different company or person, you must create a new customer account.
Where can you create a customer account?
In the footer of our website there is a section that says Register — from there you can always create new customer accounts.
