For billing reasons, we cannot change the billing details of an existing account. If you need to change these details, you must create a new customer account from:

Once the new customer account is created, open a ticket from the old account requesting to move the hosting and domain services to the newly created account. This way, future invoices will be issued in the name of the new owner.
