Why has my domain been suspended or deactivated?

My domain has been suspended and I can no longer see my website. Why? What can I do to get my site back online?

In general (99% of cases), a service is suspended or deactivated due to non-payment.

There could be other reasons (1%), such as:

– A complaint for sending spam.

Performance issues from the website.

To reactivate your service as quickly as possible, make the outstanding payment. Your service will automatically come back online.

If it is not a payment issue, check your email. Our technicians have almost certainly sent you a message with information about the issue detected.

Was your domain suspended and do you need a new hosting provider?
