There are several billing platforms available, all different, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. At Bacan we use WHMCS.
Your reseller plan will work perfectly with all of them. However, the answer to the question is NO — we do not include one.
Why not?
Including this in our reseller plans would require raising the price significantly, since all these products are quite expensive. And we would be the ones choosing the product — while you would be the one paying for it. Our decision was therefore to let you choose the billing product that best fits your needs, and pay as little as possible for the reseller service.
Some of the available billing programs are:
- WHMCS: This is what we use at Bacan. It is a stable, secure solution that covers most of the needs a hosting company can have.
- Blesta: The closest competitor to WHMCS. Somewhat simpler and less feature-rich, but more affordable.
- BILLmanager: Ideal if the number of customers you expect to serve is small. Free for up to 50 clients.

Many of these programs can be installed automatically via the Softaculous application installer inside your control panel.
