If your goal is to sell domains from your website, you will need one of the programs available on the internet. These programs are entirely aimed at web hosting companies and domain registrars, and generally handle all the process automation, client management, domains, hosting accounts, and communications between provider and client.
Some of these programs are:
- WHMCS: This is what we use at Bacan. It is a stable, secure solution that covers most of the needs a hosting company can have.
- Blesta: The closest competitor to WHMCS. Somewhat simpler and less feature-rich, but more affordable.
- BILLmanager: Ideal if the number of clients you expect to serve is small. Free for up to 50 clients.
