This message is related to the Webmail service. Port 2095 is used to access the webmail applications installed on all our servers.
The message is actually quite "misleading". The real reason for this error is that you as a user have port 2095 closed on your internet connection.
A port is like a road along which data travels. If you have port 2095 closed, it's impossible to access via that "road", so your browser interprets this inability to communicate as "the page is temporarily unavailable and has moved".
What is the solution?
Open, or allow data traffic through port 2095. Generally the applications that block this traffic are firewalls. It's also common in antivirus software, which often includes a built-in firewall. Check the documentation for your antivirus or firewall to open ports. Once the port is open, accessing webmail will be problem-free.
