I've lost the password for my email account. How can I recover it?

Passwords are stored encrypted for maximum privacy and security of our users. So we also cannot know what password an email account has.

But don't worry. There is a way to deal with the problem.

1. Log in to your control panel
2. Go to the email section
3. Find your account
4. Click the "change password" button
5. Set a new password and save it
6. Update the devices where you have the email installed with the new password you just created.

The whole process takes no more than 2 or 3 minutes.

This system works for all providers that use cPanel.
