My email is full – How can I fix it?

The general maximum limit for email accounts is 5 GB. But it's very likely your account hasn't reached this amount of storage yet.

Follow these steps:

1. First verify the space you're using. Log in to your hosting control panel.
2. Once inside the panel, go to the email section.
3. Review your email account statistics.

If any account is at the limit, increase the limit. Click "Manage".

If you've reached the 5 GB limit you have two options:

1. Delete the oldest or heaviest emails to free up space in your account. If you don't know how, open a ticket indicating what you want to do and our technicians will do it for you.
2. Switch to a VPS plan, where you have no limits on your service. For this you can speak with our technicians to get a suitable quote.
