We'll do everything possible to halt the registration. But you need to understand that there is no guarantee of success. If we manage to stop the registration, great — but if that's not possible, the domain will be yours for the registered period, whether that's one year or more.
Our refund policy explicitly excludes domains, as a domain once registered cannot be returned.
If we ultimately are not able to stop the registration, we're sorry for the situation but you will need to register a new domain.
