I'm a Reseller. Can I have my own DNS tied to my domain?

By installing your own DNS, your customers will never know about Bacan. Your company becomes solely responsible for the service, building your brand and security.

Yes, absolutely.

White-label reseller hosting

Our reseller plan is white-label — meaning none of your customers will ever know that Bacan exists. You'll be their hosting company with complete autonomy. Hundreds of hosting companies on the internet use Bacan's reseller services.

You focus on growing your hosting business in terms of customers, and we make sure everything runs perfectly. None of a reseller's customers have ever contacted Bacan — because they don't know we exist.

How do I install my own DNS?

To install your own DNS, you need to:

1. Choose what name you'll use as your DNS server.

2. Create the child names on your domain (e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com, ns2.yourdomain.com). The child names must be created with your registrar. If we are your registrar, open a ticket with our technicians and we'll create the child names in minutes. For the creation of child names, use the IP addresses of our DNS servers. You always have the updated IPs available in your hosting welcome email.

3. Create "A" records in our DNS using the DNS editing tool within your control panel.

4. Open a ticket so we can install your new DNS names as the default DNS for your reseller service.

At any point in this process, contact our technicians if you need help.

The end result:

Your service will have a completely professional image:

ns1.your-company.com
ns2.your-company.com
ns3.your-company.com
