Whenever you host a domain on our servers, you must install the following DNS:
DirectAdmin Servers
ns1.Bacan.com — 176.9.140.9
ns2.Bacan.com — 5.9.242.206
cPanel Servers
ns1.Bacan.net — 168.119.175.59
ns2.Bacan.net — 154.53.57.255
ns3.Bacan.net — 154.53.45.255
Resellers can use their own domain to install DNS so their customers will never know Bacan exists.
How do I point my domain to Bacan?
If you purchased your domain with us, you don't need to do anything. We'll set it up to connect to your hosting automatically.
If you're bringing the domain from another hosting company, all you need to do is ask your current domain registrar to install our DNS (shown above) on your domain. You can also do this yourself through your domain's control panel.
If you don't know how to do it, we can help you — we'll just need your login credentials for the domain registrar's panel, and we'll be happy to make the necessary DNS changes.
