No — once a domain has been registered with a name, it cannot be changed. What you can do is cancel that domain, but this does not mean you can change it to another name, nor that you will receive a refund for the money spent on registering it.
Keep in mind that a domain is "property" just like your house is property. You cannot swap it for another. The domain will be yours for the entire contracted period. What you can do is sell it, since it is property and can be transferred to another person.
By cancelling the domain you can register a new one with the name you want, but it will be independent of the previous one.
