Yes, you can pay by bank transfer.

  • Automatic process: When completing your order on our website, the system will automatically offer you the "Bank Transfer" option among the available payment methods.

  • Bank details: Once you select this option, you will receive on screen and by email the necessary details (IBAN and account holder) to make the deposit.

  • Activation: Please note that activation of services by bank transfer is not immediate. Banks usually take between 24 and 48 business hours to process the transaction. Once we receive the payment, your hosting or domain will be activated automatically.

If you are in another country 🌎

If you reside outside Spain, the international bank transfer process tends to be slow and costly due to correspondent bank fees. Therefore, our recommendation to avoid delays for your website is:

  1. Fast and secure payments: We suggest using a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. These methods have instant activation, meaning you can start working on your website in seconds.

  2. No other option? If you definitively don't have a card or PayPal and need to make a transfer, please contact our customer service team through our support form. We'll analyze your case to offer you the best possible solution.

  • Payment reference: When making a transfer, always include the invoice number in the reference. This helps us identify your payment much faster.

  • Sending proof of payment: If you're in a hurry, you can send us the bank receipt via support ticket. Although the final activation depends on the money arriving, it helps us have a record of your transaction.
