On occasion, a client may have problems even when our service is running correctly. In 99.9% of cases, this is due to an incorrect configuration on the client's computer.
Therefore, it may be necessary for one of our technicians to connect to your computer remotely to identify your problem and attempt to resolve it.
To allow us to connect to your computer remotely:
- You will need to download and run a remote support program. The download link is below in this article.
- When you run the program, it will give you two numbers (ID and password) — send us those details via a ticket from your client area.
- Keep your computer on and the program running, and one of our technicians will review your problem.
