What happens with your report
We have a dedicated Abuse Team to process them. Once an abuse report is received, it is queued and processed as quickly as possible. While we cannot guarantee a personal response to each report due to the high volume we receive daily, we strive to respond to inquiries in cases where a personal response is requested or necessary.
Rest assured that all abuse reports are logged and tracked individually, and we take necessary action to ensure that our Terms of Service and applicable EU laws are being respected. To facilitate timely resolution, we ask that each report be limited to one domain name. In cases where there are multiple instances of abuse on a single domain, please include them in a single report. By doing so, you can help us investigate and address the issue more efficiently. We take responsibility for addressing abuse reports related to the use of our own hosting services.
